We enjoyed the Preferred experience, except that they let guests bring Bluetooth speakers to the quiet pool. When we asked for something customized from the menu, they were usually agreeable, which was nice. We eat a plant-based diet and only the Asian restaurant had multiple options.
The Asian restaurant was good, but the others we tried were just okay. Sometimes it took a while to get service in the restaurants and at the pool, and other times they were on it.
